Mena Alexandra (born on 13 February 1979) is a model and actress from the United States. She began her modeling career in 1990. She soon shifted into acting, after appearances in television shows such as Boy Meets World or High Incident. The film debut came in 1997's drama Nowhere. Her roles were in American Beauty, for which she received the BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie led to her being the subject of more attention. She was in the film industry for a year, and starred in American Pie alongside American Pie co star Jason Biggs. Then, she played the lead role for the role of Sugar & Spice (2000). Spun the independent drama from 2002 and the thriller film Trauma (2004) was her two most recent appearances. She appeared in HBO's dramatic series Six Feet Under. In 2004 she received an award for an Outstanding Cast member at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
