Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card to get her college diploma. Then she returned in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very happy with her performance. The competition was among the very best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to working out. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day as well as the second heavier weight day.
